Customer satisfaction is Doug's number one concern at DouglasGilbert. Please don't hesitate to contact Doug with any questions or concerns you may have--there is always a solution and Doug is happy to work with you to find it. 

Refunds or replacements may be issued if the piece of jewelry arrives defective or damaged, or breaks within 12 months of purchase due to normal wear. Jewelry that breaks due to user error can be fixed for a fee, if possible. 

Do not ever hesitate to reach out with any issues or questions--we can always make something work.
